    A salesman came to my home shortly after my husband died in June, 2021. He made everything sound so good about fixing appliances, or even getting them for free. He said I would be paying for two years, but I later found out it is for three years. It's costing me over $100 a month, and I'm getting nothing for it. A few months earlier, I had replaced the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, and we had joked about that. I could have saved so much money with his company. However, after living here for 16 years, I needed a new refrigerator. I bought it, and then approached this company. They did not help me one bit. They said it would have had to be inspected before they could do anything about it. It was 16 years old. How long do they expect it to last? Also, I was not aware of all of those ins and outs. Paying so much money for so many years is very hard on a widow. Then getting absolutely nothing for it. I do believe this company is a scam. Can you do anything to help me? I'd really appreciate it if you could. I'll be paying for this until June, ****. I tried to get out of it, but got the wrong person. Then, I misplaced my papers. There are so many papers to go through when one is widowed.They really take advantage of people!Thank you for any help you can give, or maybe this complaint will help others.***** ;
