very poor company. unprofessional ,poor workmanship and poor service! save yourself a lot of problems and look elsewhere for a roofer.

We did do work for *******************. We roofed his house & 2 sheds. We were actually warned not to do work for him because he would never be happy with our work and find something wrong with it. But we didn't listen and did the job when ***** signed up.After the completion of his roof we didn't hear anything from ***** until 4 days later. He called and proceeded to yell about the terrible job we did and listed several things he thought were wrong. *** the owner of the company personally went out there 3 times. The first 2 times he had gone out there he tried to call ***** and he didn't answer or call *** back right away. A few days later he called *** back yelling at him that he never showed up. *** told him he had been there twice and to check his cameras. *** finally met with ***** and went over the problems. He had 4 main problems. Which *** fixed 2 when he was there and gave ***** options on what we can do to fix the other problems. He said he would get back to *** to let him know what he decided. We then receive an email stating he had contacted an attorney and then offered to pay a substantial lower amount than his balance that he owed us. We said that we wouldn't agree to that amount. We came back with an offer taking off the amount of the shed roof that he didn't like how the shingles laid ($2,400.00) He said he needed to fix his gutters too (they had gotten scratched while his roof was being re-roofed by the ladder). So we took off an additional $800.00 for him to hopefully make him happy. So we subtracted $3,200 from his bill to hopefully makes things right with him and he still wanted to come on here and say we are a poor company and customer service. We pride ourselves in customer service and try to make our customers happy. We are human and make mistakes but we always try to make them right.Unfortunately we should had listened to the people that told us to not to work for ***** and that we wouldn't make him happy.
