    My 92 year old dad started having the hot water side faucet of his tub leaking. Had this company come out, and they quoted me $809 to change out just the hot water side cartridge valve. I told the tech he was ex navy and the price dropped to $724. Based on my research, that job should run anywhere from $300-400 on average parts and labor! Dad and I were ok with $400. They would not lower their price. Long story short, I purchased correct tool $8, and correct cartridge valve $20, from ********** and had it fixed inside of an hour. The tech, ***** was nice enough, but $724 was just a little steep!!! Do not recommend this company, trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. Glad I was available to help my dad this time!!!!!!!!

    This company wanted $1000-1800 to change two sink baskets! $20 parts max. Absolute criminals.

    This company charges are outrageous - really out to scam the people - charges $4000.00 for a soil morphology test and Engineer for new Septic. Requested a itemized detail invoice - was told no one does itemized invoices anymore - asked for a copy of the invoice they received from the companies they hired for the soil test and Engineer - was told they don't show anything itemized - said I would still like a copy. I know they have to have a invoice from them for tax purposes ??? This has been going on since 4/5/24 - soil test done on 4/12/24, Engineer came out on 5/3/24, called for status on 5/10/24 girl said had engineer report but was unable to give me any information or the name of the **************** would have someone call be back - never heard from anyone, called on 5/16/24 since I still hadn't heard from anyone as soon as he answered he said I just sent it to a girl in the office to email it you (how convenient) our conversation continued and he told be he had to send the report back to the Engineer because they put Honest ***'s as the owner of the property - not the ones that paid $4000.00. Said that Engineer was not in the office, but as soon as he gets it back he will email it to me. Asked him for Engineer name / phone number and person who tested the soil - said he didn't have that information with him - its on his other phone???? You do business with these people all the time and you supposedly just sent report back??? and you don't have the information. So as of TODAY 6/1/24, I have YET heard from NO ONE and no Email received. What cost me $4000.00 would have cost about $1600.00 with another Company in the area that I checked with. If they are truly Honest as is in their business name they should be refunding me some money... I don't even want to leave 1 star but system won't allow me to skip it.

    This company is a ***** they chare over $200 a hour plus they chare just to remove any equipment off the truck
