    Has anyone received any response from TBO other than the form AI response to every review I have read? Yes, when you are in financial distress sometimes reading the fine print of contracts or believing in greedy, mean-spirited entities is not at the forefront of your mind. I agree - stay away from TBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The bank at hand is charging well over any bank and is robbing me of my hard earned money. I don't think 308% apr is fair and I want to know is there away that they can fix this?

    What is the maximum interest rate allowed by law in Minnesota? 6 percent Minnesota statute limits interest rates to 6 percent in general, and 8 percent for written contracts. Exceptions to the limits include state banks, state credit unions, dealers under the SEC Act, and loans secured by savings accounts… So I got a loan from atlas bank for 2000 thinking it would be easy to pay back and would help with emergency repairs to our vehicle. Unfortunately to my surprise after making a few payments I logged on to see how much I had dented The loan down and I am being charged an interest rate of 238 percent. Minnesota laws allow 6 percent max! So either this company is not paying attention to legalities of the states they are doing business in or are just operating illegally.. any help would be sufficient on how to proceed before I file a court complaint for fraud.

    I recently got a loan from this scamming company.... I borrowed 1,500 just to find out I'll be paying well over 6,000 back!!!!! That's impossible and I can not afford to pay way more than what I borrowed!!!!! I need answers and if I don't receive any ill be contacting my lawyer!!!! Shouldn't be allowed to do this

    Yes this loan is expensive, but an emergency is an emergency. All of these people complaining about how they got scammed or ripped off just wows me because it very obviously states your interest rate and exactly what you will have to pay back by the end of the 24 months not only when you start to apply, but also once you are approved, and again in your contract. Don’t be upset with them because you either failed to read your contract that it says in BOLD letters to ready carefully before signing. Or upset because you underestimated how much it would cost you in the long run. If you can’t afford to it or commit to the payments, then don’t get the loan.

    They are not honest!! They were supposed to call me and never did!! They lied about the loan and didn't tell me that it was 24 months and the 219 that I pay doesn't pay the loan but the interest.

    Please everyone if you get into a financial situation please don't contact these people they try to lock you into a loan that you will be paying for 24 months, say you take out a loan for $1900 they foolishly want you to pay them back $10,000, yes this business put you in more financial crisis and should not be allowed to run such a business, please beware. And I keep calling them and emailing them and no answer when I just made the entire payment because I don't want be charge more because they took the payment. But they didn't even send a email confirmation when I can see the entire payment was taken from my bank account. If I could put zero star this company defetily this company.

    I applied for a loan at a time where i was desperate for money to make it to my next check, this was the worst financial decision i have ever made. My loan was for $1,500 and i have made 15 payments biweekly of $215.05- in total so far i have paid $3,224.75. I applied for this loan because i needed help and it now has me struggling as every check it is a chunk of money out. At the moment if i want to pay it off it will cost me another $1,816.09. Please DO NOT get a loan with them! How is this ethical?!

    This bank has me as been applied for credit more than 40 times between last year and now. I requested from them to send me the applications that I have done and they refused. I have no applied to this bank ever and specially not over 40 times I think 1 is enough. This bank probably is a scammer.
