      I wish i could give o stars. I would never ever buy the item from this company again. I purchased the device on April 2023, and it's not working. I returned it right away with the tracking number. However, They never refunded the money and take the item, and stated that they never received it. The address to return is only a PO box. If you want to buy their product you have to have a mindset that your money is not worth the item and it's no guarantee you will get your money back.

When purchasing the portable ultrasound therapy device, we have explicit notifications, highlighted in red, on the product page, and our Shipping/Returns Policy page, indicating that due to the personal nature of such devices, they are not eligible for return once opened/used. This policy is in place due to health and sanitation concerns as there is no adequate method to sanitize these devices for potential future resale.When you communicated your wish to return the item, we provided you with the return instructions. After receiving and thoroughly inspecting the returned item, our team noted that the entire package, including all accessories, showed clear signs of use. Unfortunately, as per our policy, this made the device ineligible for a refund.We understand how this could be frustrating, especially if you had different expectations from the product. Our intention is never to inconvenience or disappoint our customers, but rather to adhere to strict safety and health standards. The policy in place is not just to protect the integrity of our business but also to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.While there may not be a solution that addresses the current situation directly, we'd like to show our genuine commitment to our customers. If you choose to do business with us in the future, we would be pleased to offer you some level of value back, possibly in the form of savings on your next order.       If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a device from this company. I feel their name and website is shady because it is set up so you think you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer "TENS". My device came and did not work. They demanded a 10 second video to "prove" it wasn't working. I provided a video showing it wasn't working. They demanded a DIFFERENT 10 second video to "prove" it wasn't working. They have been extremely difficult to work with. They take days to respond, and I am almost 100% positive they are basically just trying to "run out the clock" to say it has now been longer than 30 days and they now don't have to exchange the product. I do not expect to get an exchange or a refund at this point. And I will be buying directly from TENS.
