  AAA LOCK exceeded my expectations.Desperately needed locks to be changed the same day I called in the a.m. service was scheduled for 4 oclock. ****** the young man servicing my home, called, said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier, which was perfect.****** was very professional, friendly and so easy to talk to and work with. Seemed to be in tune with the urgency of my situation, Crazy thing is it in my haste I LOCKED my house with new keys inside. GUESS Who (******) had to come to my rescue once again. He was so understanding came back in a matter of minutes.I highly recommend this company, and I hope your serviceman is ******!!!????

Furthermore the real AAA Lock & Key t.m.can be properly verified at www.sunbiz.org a subsidiary of Aaron's Lock & Key Inc. AAA Lock & Key is in (uniform) and uses only a properly Lettered truck reading AAA LOCK & KEY. SEE GOOGLE AAA LOCK & KEY of Lake Placid. Richard is the ONLY carded licensed Locksmith in the State of FL. Background checked and certified by the NC FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS.   This company deserves no more than **** rating. I should have read the BBB reviews before calling them. Hopefully this will be a warning for other customers. I locked myself out of the house and called the first company that popped out on ****** search and was open 24/7. ************** has a nice professionally looking website and the dispatcher answered the call promptly. After asking how much they charge he said $89.00. The technician arrived shortly in a private van, with no company logo or anything to identify him as the company technician and it took him less than 5 minutes to unlock the door. He only used a simple tool that looked like a long needle attached to a screwdriver. He then proceeded to write me a ****, which was $49.99 for the service call and $149.99 unlocking. The receipt was written on a piece of paper without the company information or the technician's information on it. as it turned out, he was a subcontractor. He wouldn't accept a check as payment, it had to be a credit card and he was trying to convince me that I was getting a good deal because he waived $4**** in credit card fees. I wasn't in a position to dispute it because I was alone and it was already dark outside, it didn't feel comfortable to argue with two strange technicians. I called AAA Lock and Key the next morning and asked to talk to a manager. It's been 2 days and no callback. This company only excels in ripping customers off. Please STAY AWAY from them.
