We came in contact with this company by way of our warranty company when we put in a request for service. Normally the company would call us to set an appointment but after several days I called them. They set an appointment. The called the day of the appointment and asked if they could come early, I agreed. When the tech came everything was going fine. He fixed two of the four things necessary, one he had to order parts. When it came to repairing the leaking shower faucet we ran into problems. The faucet leaked and needed to be replaced. This necessitated replacing the entire valve. We discussed several ways it could be done. They said they might be able to do it all from within the shower, if not then cut a hole in the wall in the room behind it to get to the valve. My wife thought we wouldnt have to cut into the wall. When the tech discussed it with his manager they decided they would only do it but cutting the wall. When I told my wife, she was upset, she wasnt prepared for it. I told her it was the only way. The tech said that another company he had worked for would do it from the shower side, but he could not. I think this upset my wife as well. He then said, " I can pack up and leave if you want." She was upset but we went back to the bathroom and he was trying to figure out exactly where to cut. I got him a long drill bit to stick through the wall, then a long s**** driver. I left the room to let him work. He then left without saying anything. I thought he was getting parts. After about an hour, when he didn't return I called the company. I was told he was not returning because he heard my wife say "*******" She said NO SUCH thing. She said she had to take things out of the bathroom. I think he "Misheard" her. She was upset with his comment about packing up and leaving. I have never heard her call anyone such a thing, *********** hung up on me, leaving us with no water on a Friday night. I would not even think of them again.

************** was on-site doing work and found a leak in the shower. It is very **mmon to cut access in sheetrock to repair a leak instead of the tile. Matter of fact the warranty ** they speak of will only **ver sheetrock access which we tried to expalin to the homeowners that their warranty ** will not **ver it, we were trying to keep them from having to **me out of pocket as cutting through tile would be non **vered **st. The wife ******* was very upset and argued with her husband stating they would have to re-paint/fix the the bathroom wall. I advised them that their warranty ** would **ver sheetrock repair and all they would have to do is paint a 1x1 square. The husband said that'll itll **st them a fortune to have someone **me out and do that...Again our professional technican advised cutting access through sheetrock, I also ran the options by our supervisor and he stated that we **uld not cut through tile with the warranty **. We hung up, ************** proceeded to do the work and the wife was clearing the belongings out the techs way and she was very mad and started using profanity, calling ************** names (a**hole). He called me and told me she called him an (a**hole) as she was walking out of the bathroom. I advised him to leave as he was very un**mfortable in their home after that and did not feel **mfortable working in a hostile work environment. I also did not want him to **nfront the angry woman that was already calling him names. I did however call our **ntractor relations **ntact throught the waaranty ** and sent them an send an email to let them know that this h/o needs to re-assigned **ntractor as well as service asap due to them not having water. ************** turned the water off to stop further damage as it was gushing water. I also have a video of the water gushing which is why we turned the water off. I also have other witnesses as Mr. *********************** was on speaker when we spoke with him. He admitted to his wife calling him as a**** but he said she was saying it to him and she didnt mean for the technican to hear her say that...
