"From their new updated website to the customer service if I didn't need ********************** and sewer I would NEVER go through them. Since they updated their website you can't see past due amounts It only tells you one amount which then makes you have to call them and the people that answer the phones are probably the most ignorant people in the world acting like you're bothering them when that's their job and then when you try to contact them via email off of the website because their phone systems are down they email you and tell you their phones are up and working but clearly they are not when I've called almost 10 times in the past hour to try and get through to somebody regarding my bill."
