  They are making more money on returns by charging Restocking fee of 25% even when it is discovered that product is of very poor ******************* has advertised it falsely. No longer BBB recommended. Avoid this company it is acting falsely and causing harm to its customers

  This customer purchased the Palram Canopia greenhouse sold in all major retailers across *****************. The information we provide on our website description is the same on all the retailers because it is provided by the manufacturer Palram Canopia, not us. Customer received the item and claimed it was not of the quality he expected and requested a return. We provided the customer a return that was not to his satisfaction. The return policy requires a 25% restocking fee which is charged by all dealers of this product, not just our company. This fee is paid to Palram Canopia to cover their costs of facilitating the order in and out of the warehouse. It is in our terms clearly for customers to read on our website in several areas. The customer is normally also responsible for the outbound shipping we paid to ship the item to them. This customer was very upset with the policy and we actually waived that cost and my company is going to lose the money on the outbound shipping because we were trying our best to find a solution that the customer would be happy with. Some customers will never be happy unless you give them free service. We will not be negotiating anymore on this one. We shipped this customer the correct sku they purchased from us at the lowest price online of any store. It is the customer's responsibility to do their research and make sure an item they want to purchase will meet their needs. Respectfully, -****** (owner)

  I fully support small business that can produce products and provide services that are beneficial to themselves and the consumer. However --Shedsforlessdirect doesn't provide any advantage to ordering directly from the manufacturer yourself. This is merely a dropshipper/reseller setup. Unnecessary middle man. Nothing more. Your order and money are given to Shedsforlessdirect and hopefully it will be processed properly and an order sent to the actual manufacturer for delivery. Shedsforlessdirect does not provide nor has any control over shipping. I object when they say "we" ship factory direct.The majority of negative comments involve shipping problems and miscommunication involving shipping. Even many high rated reviews complain about shipping issues. This is what I experienced. I was told my shed had shipped when it had not and given a tracking number that never showed ** in the freight carriers system even after allowing the recommended 3-4 days.I cancelled my order and demanded a refund. My order was cancelled and my money was refunded even though shedsforlessdirect insisted the shed had shipped. Can't get my wasted time back but I hope I can save someone else the headache.Do yourself a favor and find the actual shed manufacturer and order directly from them.

  Anyone reading this review should note this customer caused many issues with our team and was refunded in full and the order was cancelled. Their freight was shipped with ABF freight and our company paid the outbound shipping and the cost to return it to satisfy this customer. The customer was not willing to wait for the tracking to update online and became unsatisfied and belligerent so we refunded them. This review was written with malice intent to cause damages to our business.
