Ive been looking for the right ***** Silverado for 3 yrs and after moving back to ******** I found one at GMT Auto Sales West with the help of ***********************! Was extremely friendly welcoming super akazing people ive ever delt with didnt try to push nothing on me like other car dealers went off of my budget and did their top slepf best to get me into the right car i wanted. We went there in 8/22 looking for a vehicle. They asked what we liked. We said a truck. They said they didn't have any in our price point but they will keep looking. The next day my husband got a text from ********* saying they have a truck and it's in our budget thar we needed to hurry. We went down there bought the truck and not even 30 days later the leaf springs were broke and had a ***** tire. We took it to *****. They said that there was so much rust and holes on the frame that it wasn't going to last very long. They were able to rig the spring and put a used tire on it so we could take it back to the dealer. We told them we wanted our down payment back and they refused. ***** said there was no way that it should have passed the inspection looking like that underneath. We left the truck, title and papers there and left. We also bought a carfax since he didn't let us see the one he had before buying it and there was some recalls. They said they have nothing to do with that. That carfax said that there was only 40 reports but when we looked it up at another site it was saying 77. They also have no information about what happened to the truck from ***** miles til we bought it at ****** miles. People beware when dealing with a used dealership. Pay the extra money and get the car checked out at a different mechanic first before buying anything.GMT Auto Sales West
