  ***** was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the what and why of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing something I wasn't ready for and answered my questions honestly...I highly recommend him.

  There are predators nothing less.I made an appointment with them for an estimate for a ****** repair and toilet install. I was told there was an $89 fee for showing up. I agreed to the fee and made the appointment. My wife and son were home and I was at work. The tech showed up and per my wife looked at the ****** and told her it was not a simple job the ****** had to be cut out and redone.He quoted a price of $585 without toilet install. He went got part cut my original ****** in two parts and screwed down new ******. The whole job took less than 10 minutes.

  When our tech Chad arrived at the home the home owner had the toilet removed. The flangewas very broke in multiple places. They had alot of parts laying there that they tried to fix the flange with but non of those parts were correct. so we had 2 options. The first option was cut the ceiling in the basement then repipe the PVC with new flange. The second option is to cut the pipe from a bove with a specialty tool that we keep on our van and then install an internal repair flange. Our plumbers are all jouneyman plumbers, most of them have beenplumbing 10-20 years. They are very good at their job but sometimeson job to the next will go better or worse and this one went very smooth. Chad had 125 minutes in the job and used our setbook price. We will discount the customer because it went smooth but it did go smooth because he is a trained professional. We set our prices according to having the correct equipment , stocked van, gas, offices and advertisng all have to be included in prices as well as time on a job. We will credit the customer $180.00 back.

  Highly overpriced service. Quoted $600 for a 30 minute sewer line clearing. I almost told the *** to get off my property. I have dealt with this issue for nearly 40 years and knew exactly what needed to be done. I settled for around $400 to get the job done. The *** said it was the easiest job he ever had. He never even entered my house. I was taken advantage of the situation and blame the company for their policy DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was robbed and taken advantage of.

  Excellent work, fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. Hired the company to oversee all work that *** noticed over the last few years that needed attention. Quickly analyzed and the next appointment was scheduled after I purchased a new kitchen faucet. A bulging older pipe was shown to me, so I feel everything was updated and replaced before further damage could take place. Everything was explained to me in a courteous, knowledgeable way. Would recommend this company and serviceman to anyone. My last plumber retired and shopping around is stressful and can be a ******. Will use this company again. Ask for ****.

  On a recent Thursday afternoon our basement drain backed up. We contacted a heavily-advertised company that our neighbors had used and they said they would come the next day. At 4:00pm Friday they called and said they could not come until Monday. Several frantic calls informed us that no one could come until Monday before we got a return call from Precision Plumbing. They said they could come out Saturday and were upfront that the service charge would be higher. *** was very diligent about staying with the process until he was sure the drain was clear. He was friendly, kept us informed and cleaned up when he was done. Needing a new water heater and pressure reducing valve we again called on ***, who was able to come out in just a few days. Again he was friendly, professional and thorough. We felt the pricing was fair and will not hesitate to contact this company in the future.

  Excellent service. This is the second time I reached out to this company and both times the issues were resolved and repaired. The plumber each time was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. **** who answered all the calls is friendly and keeps you updated if arrive time is earlier or later than expected. Plumbing issues are frustrating and working with this company made my plumbing worries ease. The plumbers go out of their way to answer all questions and leave you with a business cards in case you have further issues or questions. Outstanding service! Thank you!
