  The tracking number they give you is a phony. Then you call them and talk with several people and they promise you they will expedite another product and still nothing, take this company off the market!

  I seen the advertisement on the weather channel for 50%off .so placed an order for (1) bulb I filled in the form looked up they had changed the order to (3) bulbs tried my darndest to cancel it by placing a phone call to my bank over half hr talking to the first person who then transferred me to the fraud division another half hr which said contact my local branch on Monday another frustration so after all that and reading the very poor reviews of the company I have 3 bulbs in a box in my closet gathering dust never even bothered to set one up.(for sale cheap) haha*****

  I ordered a camera bulb, didn't work so they sent me another one, second one didn't work I lost $58.95 dollars plus I hired 2 professional people another $100.00 to install it when I thought maybe it was me, when they were not able to get it to work I called their new number and got the run around and got nowhere. IT'S A SCAM !!!!! ****** **

  I ordered the camera bulb. My phone and my computer blocked the website when I went to create a login and password and scan the product . I kept getting pop *** saying the website was not secure. I decided I did not want to have access my secure internal wifi. I requested a return and twice they hung up on me. No i have to fight with my CC company to get my money back.

  This is a scam to get your credit card so they can keep billing you for a phony rewards program that is not mentioned when you purchase an item.

  One star because I can't give less. Total scam! I bought a tumbler and was somehow signed up for a $19.95 membership to this place. My fault, I wasn't watching close enough and they charged my bank account for months before I noticed. Never used it, didn't even know about it, can't return it. Ugh!
