    I have used BigJExpress for several moves Ive made in the last few years. **** is professional and friendly. I have called needing a mover at the last minute and he made it work for me. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend them for any moving needs! He has a great group of guys working for him. I trust them with all my moving needs!!

    Horrible service was overcharged and had items stolen and broken. The manager disregarded my complaints about his employees and never returned my calls.

    In response to the review left by ************;First and foremost, the service that was provided for this customer was a load only. Her items were loaded onto a truck, that has no ties to BigJExpress LLC, with multiple residential unloading stops. The customer was present during the entire load service that we provided and made multiple trips to the truck where her items were being placed. The customer was informed multiple times that it would be advisable she either purchase/rent moving blankets to better protect her belongings since the transport company she chose had to make multiple stops to unload items on their route. The customer deferred the use of blankets. I answered **************** phone calls on July 15, 2023, and listened to her concerns. I informed her that I would contact each employee and find out what happened during her move. Each employee stated the same thing. They informed me that there were not any issues with her move, none of the items loaded were broken or damaged, and no one had "stolen" anything from her. The customer and her son were present the entire time and watched what my employees were doing from the door of her home and outside near the trailer that was being loaded, despite how hot it was outside that day. The customer also knew in advance the cost of services prior to scheduling her move with us. While attempting to come to a resolution via phone call with ************ on July 15th, she continued to talk over me despite my asking her multiple times if I could please finish what I was saying. She refused to properly communicate and was more concerned with talking over me. During the phone conversation, I asked her what I could do to help alleviate some of the stress due to the damage she claimed, to which she did not give me a direct response. ************ was informed prior to her move and again when she contacted me about the alleged damage that BigJExpress LLC assumes no responsibility for damages incurred during transit from a third-party transit company. She also stated during the day of her move to an employee that she was not concerned about any of the furniture because she just had to get it out of the apartment and she would be purchasing new furniture when she arrived at her destination. She accused my employee of stealing a headboard that was in a sealed box. My employees DO NOT steal and that is NOT something I would tolerate as a business owner. In summation, the customer was aware of the price PRIOR to scheduling her service, she kept a watchful eye on what was going on during the entire time her service was being provided, she was aware that our policy states we are not responsible for damages incurred when a third-party is involved, and I made every attempt to address her concerns, however, she refused to stop talking over me and refused to listen when I made several attempts to explain what each employee told me. I am still willing to go above and beyond to address and correct this situation, despite the fact that the third-party transit company is responsible for any and all damages incurred during transport.
