    This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I am a recent customer and had them do the basement ********************, ********************** on my stars, tile in my shower, and a mosaic wall in my bathroom. This was a total mistake. Everything they touched needed to be redone. The work rendered was shotty, sloppy, and the shower was so poorly done that it was not useable. Grout and caulk work was so poorly done that you could not take a shower or else there would be mold and water behind the tiles. After countless phone calls (because they refused to answer our calls for weeks) they begrudgingly came back and fixed the carpet on the stairs. The carpet was cut too short and was fraying on the sides and the tacks were not added under the carpet pad correctly so the carpet was pulling up of the ground. there were some carpet tacks that were sticking up between the steps that you could step on if you were not careful. It has taken months and they still have not come back to fix the tile in the bathroom. The tile wall is concave and the tiles stick up at odd angles. If i could give zero stars I would. Very disappointing after we spent soooo much money with them. Please go with another flooring company if you want quality work done.
