    Concrete Maintenance and Sealers (*****) recently completed our entire home concrete project of cleaning, chalk and sealing and he did a fantastic job. I appreciate the attention to detail, ***** is very knowledgeable, friendly and competitive in his pricing. ***** came out and provided me a quote while also explaining the entire process and walking thru everything with me so I had an understanding of what work would be done. The results are fantastic and I feel good knowing that our concrete work is taken care of and will last many more years thanks to *****. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I would recommend CM&S for all your concrete needs!! Give ***** a call you won't regret it (you'll wish you would have called him sooner).

    I had ************ wash and seal my long driveway and back concrete patio. He said he was using expensive sealer and he needed me to pay him half of the over $8000.00 so he could buy materials cause he didnt have the money. I reluctantly did it thinking ***************** small business. He came and did the work having his son maybe 9 years old help him. That was middle late summer, that winter after snow it was obvious that there were large sections that werent sealed properly and no I did not use salt on the surfaces, He guaranteed his work, I called and text him he asked me to send pictures which I did. After several text messages and a phone call that he never returned I gave up. Dont get caught up in its a young person with a family trying to get started trap!
