      I have been a member for little over a year. I use the Kirkwood Branch on Lindbergh. A week ago my my Debit Card was HACKED and someone put a purchase from **** on it for $794.00. I called the ****************** said I had to call ***************** NOTHING was done!!!!!!!!!!!The next day I personally went to the Branch Manager & reported this. She is also WORTHLESS!!!! She says I have to get proof from **** that they have stopped the transaction. Have you tried to get to talk with a LIVE person at ****?I had to send a Certified Letter to **** in ***** the meantime I am out $794.00 till???????????The Credit Union could have put a STOP Payment on this transaction, but they did not.Time to file my LAWSUIT in ***********************.

      I started out with them in 2012. Amazing service and great employees until 2017. From then on, it got worse and worse. Both my credit card and debit card would randomly be blocked because they thought they detected fraudulent activity. I'm a foreigner, I buy things on foreign websites. I called them to ask them to put a note in my file so that I could use my cards without them blocking my purchases, I was told that I should call ahead of time and let them know each time I planned to purchase something non-locally (and spent a good 30 minutes on the phone each time). The last straw happened with my credit card: it expired on December 1. I emailed them on November 7 to know when I would receive the new one and was told I would receive it around the third week of the month. The third week came by, and still no card. I waited a few extra days and emailed them again. I was told they were late sending the card, that it had been mailed on November 25 and I would receive it in **** business days. No apologies, nothing. To make up for their lack of diligence, they could have used priority mailing but they did not even bother. My rent is pretty high, I use my credit card during the first fifteen days of the month to pay for gas and grocery. It's now December 14, the card has not arrived. I called 5 times already. Each time, I was given a different excuse. Yesterday, I was told: "We've had a problem with our system, it may take up to 21 days. The card is on its way, there's nothing we can do about it." This is beyond ridiculous. I will definitely look for another banking institution.
