  *** ****** from Intex Group Concrete defaulted on an invoice for equipment that he purchased from our auction. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

  I bought a intex easy set pool from target. I paid a $100 for it. It's an above ground. It's a 10 foot by ***** gallon of water and got it filled up. And right where the bottom scene is, there is a hole and the water is leaking out. So what it already cost to fill. It is now leaking out. I was told on the box not to return it to the store to call customer service. I call customer service and I have everything on this box that they have on the box and I have my receipt. He said I paid for it, but yet they want me to find some number. That's somewhere on the pool. Line or that they cannot specify where it is and so they can't help me. So I have to go back to a client's house, so look at their pool on top of the facts that I have all the other information, but yet they don't have any other way to look at it, which doesn't make sense to me surely that they know that they can pull up the item number or what the other things are. Model numbers that are on here. Even the school number they could have should have been able to locate the matter instead they give me the run around to not give me a refund or they need to find a way to fix this. Because it's costing my client's money and their water. That's being placed on top of the money that we wasted having to go get it now.They're costing me money.Because it's taking me time to have to deal with the matter.

  I hired Intex Group to replace my front concrete porch of my house April 2023 , The porch is about 40 feet long by 7 feet deep with a bump out in the center about 10 feet wide . In that area the porch narrows to 4 feet wide with the entry door in the center of the bump out. About 2 and a half to three weeks after the porch was poured, the porch cracked in 2 places . One crack is off to the side and the other is right in front of the door . These cracks are shrinkage cracks that happen during the curing process . The one in front of the door is a blistering crack with several pieces starting to pop out . I called *** (the owner ), he said he would come by and look at them. He came by when I was not home. He said via text that he would come by and talk about how to fix the problem. After several text and calls to get him to meet me, he will not show up even when we set a day to meet. They tooled the joints only, no expansion strips or demo saw cuts where used. At first I was very happy with the concrete porch and even referred him to several neighbors that all used him for various concrete work. I was really hoping that he would fix our issues with the cracks. Especially the blistering crack right in front of our door. I'm very unhappy with his lack of follow up on this issue.
