      Want you to fix the problem. Never a fix. I have better things to do than call to complain and wait, then ask me to do the trouble shooting. Guess we will look elsewhere

      An absolute scam fronting as a legal business. have never delivered anywhere near the advertised speed. Im talking 70$ a month for 200kbs at best, if the weather is clear. They do not send the emails they claim to to remind you of your bill and then overcharge you an arm and a leg for late fees THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL YOU ABOUT. I would recommend a ******* hotspot on a 15 year old android tablet for internet access before i recommend Total Slowspeed internet solutions.

      This complaint is not from our customer, but rather the son of our customer. The customer is on our lowest package for the slowest speeds that we offer, after downgrading her package in October 2021. The customer consistently paid her bill late and we sent several payment reminder emails, 4 of which were sent to the email on file in the past two weeks. In addition, the customer has not contacted us in over 6 months about the quality of her service, so as far as we were aware, the service was working as expected. The customer was disconnected after failing to pay her invoice for two months straight. The customer's son then sent emails to our team with profanity and threats and said that he refused to pay the past due balance and would tell everyone how terrible we are. At this point, even with a payment of the past due charges, we will not be reconnecting this customer.

      This internet provider is one of the worse providers, customer service is very poor, their service is unreliable by service going down frequently. The system or equipment repair has a response time of 2 or 3 weeks, I was told that I would have a relay tower that is about 8 feet off my garage so other customers could receive their service as the tower would be the relay for other customers, and my service would be the cheapest price for extra speed I never received. I called in to customer support and told them that the ******************** was down on the 6th of September, and they said that they would look into when the service went down because I told them to cancel the service and they said that they were going to be refunding for the month of September, but I never received any confirmation or call back until I got charged for the month of October. I called to find out what happened with the previous conversation and they said I never canceled my service after telling me that they would find out when we didn't have internet access. I spoke to ***** about this issue and she said that they wouldn't be able to refund the money for September, but would refund the fee for October, when I never received any internet access for the month of September. . I strongly urge customers not to ever do business with Total Highspeed LLC in ****, ********. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, because they are very deceitful and you never speak to the same person who has told you that they would take care of your problem.
