    Very polite serviceman, however, when we called for emergency service when power was out and our Generac did not turn on as it should have, it was not disclosed to us that we would be charged the cost of labor for the technicians travel time. We were charged $1,625.00 for maybe an hour and a half of labor on two visits for a $145.50 part. The travel time was applied as labor. Mind you, we live in a remote location and are often charged $1.50-$3.00 per mile for travel time, but never $125.00 per hour x approximately ten hours for both trips. Ridiculously charged without being upfront and honest about the expenses we were about to incur.
