    I'm sorry I can't leave less than 0 stars for this business or the owner. Early in 2021 we took bids on tearing off an old deck and having a new deck built that included a ramp and gate. We received a bid from the owner of SWMO Outdoor Solutions, LLC. The job was to take less than a week to do. It is almost a year and a half later and this job is not finished, and it's clear to me it won't be finished by this owner and his business. We have had plenty of time to look at the quality of what he did do, it's not good. Among other things he used wood that is split and there are no braces to keep the posts from getting loose. Most of the posts wiggle now and are loose already. It won't last without doing more work on it ourselves. We are very disappointed in the job he attempted to do, and the fact that it was never finished is frustrating. He won't answer calls if he doesn't want to talk to you. He will make appointments with you to be at the job site and not show up, not call either. We stayed home all day on multiple occasions waiting for him to show up to work. We found out he moved his business to Alabama now. I don't know what he calls his business in Alabama, but if the owner is the same, consider yourself warned. He does not care about the job, the person he is working for or anything besides the money. We paid before the job was finished...big mistake with this company. My advice to everyone is to just find a different place to do business with.
