"When I first moved into my new address they were very rude to me when I called to set up my utilities, they acted like I was a nuisance to them, even though I was trying to set up an account to use their service and give them money. It took them over a month to send me a trash can for garbage services, which left me having to drive to the landfill to drop off my trash even though I was paying for the trash service." ...
