    Over promised under delivered . I shown **** and ***** a picture of what I would like my concrete floors to look like they both agreed that would be no problem for $19,200 This was a new construction home . I was told they would need one week to achieve this look. After one week they needed another week so I again put my contractors back another week so that Mocrete could come in and finish . After 2 weeks the finished product was NOT even close to the look I requested . Not to mention all the epoxy on my newly painted walls and black scuff marks from there machines on the corners . After speaking with **** he agreed it looked like crap. They planned to come and redo the floors again (3 weeks ) I explained to ***** I was very apprehensive on continuing as I again asked him are you sure you can achieve this look as I requested If not tell me now? He again assured me he was gonna get his best crew on it and it will be fine . I had to get some of my contractors in to do some work so there was a week lapsed and now we had custom cabinets installed that ***** and his crew would have to work around ..week number 3 they came and spent 6 days trying to achieve the look (white floors with black marbled look ) I will give them credit for achieving that look as you walk into the home living area looked great but as you went room to room it was NOT consistent thru out the home . They seemed to turn the floors into what appeared as a 5 year spilling paint in a floor that tried to use a roller to thin out . So it became a smudged dull look .I am so ready to move in after a long building process I only seen **** to collect the balance of payment which I explained my concerns of the floor and the final product and he didn’t seem to care . More interested in collecting payment than having a job well done. He said his customers would be happy with this job . So for what it’s worth people do your due diligence before hiring this company ..I have many pictures to collaborate this .
