    I have had many years of experience working with the Bewley Family on multiple projects. There are many reasons that I have continued to do business with them.The first project Bewley Custom Homes was a very extensive remodel on a multi-family building. Ive spoke with many builders in my time and ***** and ****** with Bewley Custom Homes were the most approachable and showed a genuine interest in what I wanted to achieve.I gave ***** my sketches & budgets and he got back with me exactly when he said he would and reviewed the plans & budgets. (they exceeded my expectations). I ask him when he could start, he gave me a date and started when he promised. I requested a few changes along the way and he accommodated with a great attitude.*****s pricing was very reasonable on all of the change orders that I requested. The multi-family building had some unexpected issues inside the walls that I was unaware of at the time I bought it. ***** discovered them and showed them to me, and then formulated affordable solutions to remedy them.If you are looking for a builder that actually cares about your project and sincerely tries his best, ***** has always performed that way for **** have done multiple projects with them for about 13 years now. Multi-family, single family, remodels, storage buildings and have been very satisfied with the results. I know many of his clients, some by my referrals and some by being in the same type of business as them. The feedback from others that I have been told has been positive. ***** has always shown me that he cares about my projects and strives to do a good job.
