  Don't hire this guy. Built a set of steps for our deck. Found out that it has to be totally rebuilt due to cosmetic and structural defects.

  I had told the owner that I had no plans to report his work to the BBB, even though friends urged me to do so as a community service. However, seeing these reviews makes me believe that what we experienced wasn't an unfortunate result of unexpected circumstances, but is simply the nature of his work product. I now think it's necessary to share ours. It will cost me five figures to fix the deck he built for us and we still will not have taken care of all of the cosmetic issues caused by bad measurement, sloppy cuts and lack of expertise in deck construction. After 5 months of sporadic effort, I imposed a deadline just to end the misery. I've now been informed that there are code violations in the structure and the stairs have to be completely rebuilt for both safety and cosmetic reasons. They damaged the siding on our home. The replacement siding I furnished and that they mounted is already falling off the house. In my opinion, I do believe they mean well. However, I do not believe they have the competence or the diligence to match their intentions or to even offer these services to homeowners. I recommend prospective customers look elsewhere.

  A two month Disaster. Don't pay this guy upfront. Can't cut a straight line or measure anything. Doesn't show up most days with no call or text. Hires incompetent teenagers that will steal from you. Tried to build our deck with several code violations. Had to fire him after they installed all the railing 2 inches too low so the base trim won't fit. Had to remove all the decking and hire someone to reinstall.

  We hired *********** uncle ***** to remodel an existing room we wanted turned into a 4th bedroom.The job consisted of covering steel support beam with 2x4; and old chimney and covering with drywall; tape; mud sand and paint. Laying studs and drywall seemed okay; mudding and taping and painting wasnt very good at all. We also requested approximately 400sq ft drop ceiling installed as well as LVP flooring and baseboard trim. They do not know how to do drop ceiling or LVP flooring. The baseboard trim was horrible as well. Upon further inspection of the room it was apparent to all of us that ***** and Helping Handz Handyman service LLC out of ********* ******** doesnt know what they are doing. When I requested that ***** come to the home and look at the messed up drop ceiling; the horrible issues with LVP flooring and bad baseboard trim installation all ***** could do was refund us $200 of the $2400 we had paid up front. We had to let ***** go and find another contractor to fix all of Helping Handz handyman mistakes. I do not recommend using this service. I posted a review on ****** and all reviews (some bad reviews too) plus my have been deleted.

  ****** if you recall I offered to fix it all MYSELF. The drop ceiling just needed the channels run in a different direction(long ones) lvp was cut short in some areas (easy fix) the *********** needed another coat that ***** didn't do(easy fix) the reason I paid back anything was the fact that the baseboards ***** did were horrible. Again I *****(Owner) offered to do all of it and right with my Hands but you wouldn't let me and I understood that but to say I don't know what I'm doing is wrong look at all the photos on my ******** page of work completed.
