"I made a appointment to get my recalls done on 4-7-25 I was told my appointment was at 8:45am I showed up they told me it will take 2 hours I said okay it was two people ahead of me as I wait other came and went a person came and spoke with the lady about her car I went to ask how mush longer for my car the man stood there never asked me my name grabbed some invoices from the other desk then he started writing on a post it note came back asked me my name looked at the computer I told him you all said 2 hours and I pushed other things back he walked away started talking to *** asked him if my car was ready he said yes the man got my backed it up came in gave me my keys and said I parked it in the back.
