      I purchased a watch from this establishment in good faith that .y purchase was without any issues as to function and appearance. I left this business and went home and I decided to go back and purchase a more expensive watch with the same name, bulova. When I brought back the item which was only about ***** minutes I told the employee that I had decided to go on ahead and spend the extra cash on the more expensive watch. He was happy to do so and I said oh by the way this watch has a very tiny scratch at the top of the face of watch. This is the second time this has happened to me at this establishment and I wanted him to know about that. He then said well I'm not taking the watch back because I don't buy watches with a scratch on it, in which I said well you certainly sold it to me with the scratch because I certainly didn't scratch it. I simply got home and realized it just didn't fit as well as I wanted and I'd decided that I'd rather spend the extra cash on the more expensive watch. I advised this employee that he had lost a customer and I will advise other's of the terrible way he conducted business with me, he for all intentions was saying that I left the business and scratched it myself! Which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I advise people to avoid this establishment and look for other avenues in which to do this type of business. This is a sorry excuse of a business of this type.
