    I purchased 15 auctions in Sept 2023 and received an empty envelope marked by the post office “received without contents” (I sent them photos). David kept stringing me along for months and months saying the refund would be done. It never was. So essentially he stole from me and is now ghosting me. I was patient to wait for him to get it together and this is what I get. Come to find out they didn’t insure the package, so they can’t make any claim. So somehow they seem to think that means that I should be the one to pay for their mistake!? They should take the hit themselves not only in the name of good customer service, but because not insuring the package is their fault …. Not mine! It’s less than $20 total after all. Big money, Big money!

    If Jackson Auction Service wants to maintain any dignity whatsoever, they should do the right thing and send my money back.
