The best. From the first meeting to the walk through to the design and layout. Really appreciated Grants dedication to his craft as well as the entire team at STL Design and Build! We were looking to have a kitchen remodel, my wife did an inquiry through *****'s List. A rep from StL Design and Build contacted me and we set up a meeting at our home. We had not done anything like this before and not sure what we wanted or what was available. **** listened to us and put a design together. He sent us the designs to look over. It was no problem to make changes until the plan was as we wanted. We visited the facility to look at and pick out the items to go into the kitchen. **** met us there to help us find and put the items together. Everyone made the process so easy. The contractors who actually did the work were nice and professional. We are very happy with the final result. The company is in constant contact throughout the process and makes sure all is going well. Once the process begins we met the general contractor who worked with us until the project was done. **** was more like our advocate than the *** I recommend the company and would use them again. I say advocate because we had ****'s phone number and could call if any questions or issues. As an example a couple of boxes inadvertently were left in our garage, I called **** and someone came to pick them up right away. StL Design and Build will take care of you.STL Design and Build, LLC

STL *********************************************** completed a beautiful composite deck for me, as well as replacing a porch rail, screen door, and lamp post. Everything is exceeding expectations.Their crews and staff were on time, communication was great, and they were very professional.Their Master Electrician was very helpful coming up with a solution when deck wouldn't pass inspection because electrical service drop was too close to the deck. He contacted ****** and worked with them to move the service drop, which not only solved the deck issie, but provided a solution to some landscaping/tree planting issues that were coming up on a different pfoject.Overall, very pleased with their work, and would use again & recommend.STL Design and Build, LLC

I contracted with STL Design and Build to upgrade our master bathroom. We were very pleased with the attention given to ** by ******************* in helping us make decisions on what we would like to do. He provided drawings and such so that we could get a vision of what we were going to do and we approved trusting him with his experience. It was over 10 months from the time we signed the contract but they were very upfront about that due to the amount of work they had on the books. We were notified when they planned to start the project and it did start on that day. The workers that were in and out of our home had lockbox access which made it convenient for us to not be home. Project went fairly smoothly but when the onyx was ready to be put up, there was a broken piece which had to be ordered and that took some time. We also received a broken tub and that also had to be reordered which took additional time bit neither one of those things were the fault of STL Design and Build. ****** was our lead and he was great at the construction and very nice to work and talk with about where he was each day. I will note that communication was a bit hard at times mainly because they use an app to communicate with but my email would not accept the updates from that app for some reason and there were many times I would not look at the app for days and not know what was going on. *** did utilize text a few times but would mostly respond to my texts on the app. For future clients, please understand that they do not include painting in the quote nor did it look like they planned on it since we have some rough spots on our walls that had to be fixed by the painter even after he had already done the work. ************ did help in getting the painting done while we were on vacation so that was good service even though it was an additional expense we were not expecting. We would use STL Design and Build again but would be clearer on some of the requirements.STL Design and Build, LLC
