    I rented from Tobin properties for 7 years. Only late a couple of times in that 7 years. Well my lease is up at the end of April and I was told that my lease would not be renewed and I was to vacate to property April 31. No reason was giving to why I couldn't renew my lease. Just told to get out. 7 years of faithful rent payments and this is how ***** Tobin Property Management treats the renters. Do not rent from this woman she is a liar and will stab you in the back if giving the chance. I also think that she was fired from a job in California for stealing money from the company she worked for. Be careful this woman is a snake! She will tell you one thing and not keep her word. Places are over priced anyways. Stay away!
