  If I could give zero stars I would. The internet is fine but the customer service when you try to end this service is absolutely terrible. I moved out of my home and started the process of ending this subscription. I sent in the modem and charger before the 5 day billing cycle as stated to me by this company in an email. I followed up twice to ensure they received the equipment and this service would no longer be billed to me. I never received a response. Two weeks later wouldn't you know I get an email about being billed in one day for my subscription that I wasn't using since I sent in the equipment back to this company. I requested a phone call twice to resolve this issue and never received one. I sent emails to figure out what is going on and they said they would review the communications I sent. When I did not pay for the service the next day I received an email immediately about being sent to collections. It may be my own misunderstanding of what I'm being charged for but the fact that I can't get anyone to just call me and walk me through it is ridiculous. They resort to bullying you through emails instead of trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately for me none of these reviews were available when we first got this internet or I definitely would've went with another provider simply from the ****** ways the handle their customer service. If you are desperate for internet, the actual service is fine. If you can find literally ANYTHING else use that so you don't have to deal with the headache of trying to communicate with these people.

  This company has to be a scam. They sent me equipment that worked for a minute or two. Then it no longer worked. They sent me a new Sim card and I installed it. Then they wanted me to go to a website to do something with the Sim card. I ended up sending it back to him at my cost. They fixed it and returned it. But they would not refund my money for three months of service that I couldnt use because their equipment didnt work. I have been texting this guy for a couple weeks now at least still no resolution. Do not do business with these people. I actually think it may be some guy running this business out of his basement. No customer service whatsoever he just keeps sending me excerpts from their terms and conditions

  This is the worst business. He told us from November he would send us a new router and never did. **** saying hed get it in the mail that week. We finally got tired of it and cancelled and sent the router back. We got a call saying he never got the router back. Dont settle for this for your rural internet. There are better options.

  Hi ******** radar this is totally inaccurate and we had multiple agents from our buiness stop by your house and drop off new equipment. The client BBB this is needs to have legal consequences for Slander on this page this is getting out of hand . This is why small buiness fails due to lying reviews trying to to get something out of something . We have stopped by this customers house multiple times most times they where mad due to the fact they couldnt figure out how to speed up there game console . We will be seek legal slang against this false something

  I Would NEVER do any business with a company like this at all. For Starters They have no legit address, using only a P O. BOX, they have some made up So Called Policy's in which I suggest every potential customer to read every word. After reading a little bit of these So Called Policy, I said NO. Again it's up to you if you want to be Subject to such a *********** made up Policy that only works for the so called company. This company had a Serious Complaint, it appears that the company didn't do anything for her, so she filed a complaint with her Bank/ Credit ************ and apparently this So ************** gets MAD if you file a complaint against them and they allegedly will Fine you the Customer $25.00 , & will REFUSE A REFUND, what legitimate company would do that? This is their POLICY ( Chargebacks and Bank Cases Certain types of items cannot be returned if a chargeback or bank case is filed , these included( Internet routers, and Monthly Internet Plans) Please note the customer that files these chargebacks may be subject to a $25 charge back fee which must be paid or will be sent off to collections along with other debts owed). It appears that this is NOT a Good Choice for Home Internet. I would always do your Research on any company before getting any service especially internet service and look through their RETURN POLICY FIRST. Also this company will not pay to ship the items back, you ad the customer has to do that, also if you RETURN the **** back to them 1st, they will REFUSE YOU A REFUND. They also have a HARRASSMENT POLICY too ( Harassment This policy has a no return policy on harassments from clients which can included ( spam calls, spam text, spam email and threats ) If you violate these terms we UnlimitedDataServices LLC hold the right to refuse any return that has be sent or requested). I HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. After reading all their MADE up Policy's and seen a complaint against them Again I say NO to this Company.
