    I have been using the Trip Insurance Store for the past 7 years. Steve and crew provide amazing customer service. They will not sell you a policy you don’t need, and will save you money. They vet all of the companies that they recommend giving one confidence in the policy.

    I have used TIS over a dozen times since 2011 and made claims on three trips. We buy insurance on any trip that has large non-refundable payments. The first time, we had to interrupt our trip and buy very expensive one-way flights home. TIS gave me advice on submitting the claim, making it a straightforward process. We got paid for everything, the entire trip expense plus the last-minute one-way flights. On our second claim, we got sick a week before the trip and had to cancel. I called the TIS owner, Steve, and we went through the forms together, and again, we got back everything we had paid out for the trip. The third time, was a CFAR(Cancel for any reason) claim. We got back the usual 75%, again as expected and well documented when you buy CFAR. Steve, Kim & Deanna have given me excellent service over the years. I suggest to just call them and asking a question, they will give you a few minutes and you will feel good dealing with them.

    We have used ******************** many times as we travel a lot. They vet the companies they use and its easy to compare policies on their website. For the few times weve needed assistance, its great to be able to have a real person answer the phone to provide info.
