      We have used M&G Stucco for 4 hotel projects in my family. They have always been behind schedule and communication is poor. Their work and pricing is good if you can get them to come out and actually work. We paid a deposit for a job on the 5th hotel in Aug 2023 and still are waiting to get our deposit returned due to no work being completed and them not showing up to scheduled work. Karen keeps ignoring my calls and texts. She claims she will have the money next week, but that's the excuse every week. Their company is not professional and their scheduling and communications are poor. It will take them 3 months to complete a 1 week project if you are lucky. We will be taking legal action to get our money that M&G took and never returned.

      They were very unprofessional. We had scheduled a time for them to give me an estimate. Karen called me wanting to try to reschedule because of a little snow. I insisted that she still come and look at the house and she agreed to come still. It's now an hour and a half later and I've tried to call her back twice. She is ignoring my calls and I do not believe she will be showing up. I took a day off work for this scheduled meeting and this company has no respect for my time. I would consider finding a more professional company that respects and values their future customers.
