    Had 42 windows replaced by KC Siding and Windows in August of 2024. 11 are casement that crank open and have screens. Chet said our original blinds should fit the new windows.
    According to fire code the installed blinds can not overlap the screens. The company has not come up with an acceptable solution for these windows.
    The 2 dining room windows have screens that are not attached to the window frames. The company knew about this during installation. When we contacted them again last week we were told it would be 8 weeks as they were a custom order.
    It's going on 8 months and we still do not have what we paid for.

    I highly recommend Kansas City Siding and Windows. I didnt realize how badly I needed efficient windows in my home, until I got my new ones. They are beautiful and bright up my home, my home is also much quieter now and Ive saved a ton on my energy bills. The team was professional and work with me on my budget. You did a great job, Kansas City Siding and Windows, thank you!
