    This company does not even deserve one star. I have not had water for 7 days (tomorrow will be 8). The lack of communication and inability to TIMELY fix major issues is atrocious and inhumane. There also is no emergency line where you can speak to an actual human being. Their employee Dallis told me they kept our water on as a “courtesy” as if tenants paying $2,000+ don’t have a water requirement. Our basement has flooded, we’ve lost heat, and now have no water all separate occasions. The owner of this house needs to be made aware of how this property management company is handling their investment.

    If possible, I would give Real Deal Managers LLC a 0-star rating.
    Unfortunately, my experience with Real Deal Mangers LLC has been disappointing. The property maintenance has been inconsistent, with unresolved issues lingering for extended periods. Additionally, I’ve encountered late-night calls that felt like harassment, disrupting my peace of mind. Communication has been inconsistent, making it challenging to address concerns promptly. I hope my feedback prompts improvements in these areas for future tenants.
