    I had ordered approx. $1700 worth of parts from KAK about a year ago. I contacted them asking if I could return the new unused parts for a restocking fee and they had said no. I asked if there was any way to make an exception and they stopped responding... I ended up returning the orders back to the senders address anyways and notified them when they arrived. They finally responded and I was then told that they would be sent back and no refund of any kind would be issued not even with restocking fee. They have stopped responding again and have not sent anything back to me. I would just like a refund with restocking fee if needed and be done with this. I would not recommend buying from KAK because if you let the parts sit for over a month, then you are stuck with them and they will not take them back no matter how much money you have spent with them in the past.
