    Reached out for a quote and had one in less than 48 hours. I did accept their quote out if the 6 I got. Their communication is great, I preferred to email instead of call and they followed my wishes. They also had their property viewer text me before hand and let me know when he was going to be at the house. This is very helpful since in the past I was told someone will show up in the next month and some random person was just taking pictures of my home. I love a good small town feeling of trust and comfortability, and that is what Jim Hubbard Insurance is giving me.

    I filled out the Agency's online form to request a quote. Within two business days I received an electronic response with a good rate from a very good insurance company. I was able to set up the home and auto coverage through email correspondence. The agent made the whole process smooth and easy and they saved us quite a bit of money.

    I was sent out a letter by Jim Hubbard Insurance stating they could Insure my Home for the
    Annual Price of $621.72. This covered all the standard Coverage of Normal Insurance. I decided
    to call agency and I spoke to a female who answered the phone. I stated I was interested in the
    mail out Home Insurance Policy. I also stated I wanted to add a vehicle Insurance to the Policy.
    All I wanted on the 2003 Dodge Caravan was Liability and to pay on a Annual payment plan. I
    also noticed Hubbard Insurance has Progressive as one of their Sources. I stated I did not want
    Progressive, and I had them in the past, and their Rates are to High. I received a email with a
    Insurance quote of $1000.44 for my Home and a Vehicle quote of $254.00 every 6 months. Both
    Policies were with Progressive, which I stated I did not want. Company was misleading, and did
    not follow the request I asked for.
