Prairie View location kept our dog in a cage every time we dropped him off for two years without telling us. He had zero socializing and would drink 1-2 liters of water when we got home. I asked them to please provide water. They said they did but it never changed. They never told my wife or me he would not be socialized or we would not have taken him there.

Before posting this, I have attempted to talk to local and corporate but no one has responded to me. My dog was at the LS location from 6/16 to 6/24. I checked on her mid-week and was told she was doing fine. When we picked her up on 6/24 she was lethargic and could barely get in the car. We got her home and she would not eat or drink. She also did not pee the rest of the day or overnight. The next morning, we got her into the vet. She was severely dehydrated and had to be hospitalized for 4 days. She had also lost 6 pounds. I called and talked to whoever was in charge (not the manager who was out). This person remembered my dog and acknowledged they missed some things. She told me her manager would call me; no one did. I emailed; no response. I received the same level of customer service from corporate. My concerns are many. Clearly, she was not doing fine. At some point during her stay, she was not eating or drinking water which means she was likely not peeing while there. Why does no one notice obvious health changes? I am also disappointed in the lack of communication. We have trusted them with our pets for years and I guess as long as your pet is healthy, your pet will likely be fine. My pet was not fine and her condition was overlooked. This is truly disappointing and we will not return.

I had boarded my dogs numerous times over the past 3 years at the *********** Location. I was happy w their services.Recently , unfortunately boarded at the Lenexa location and was told they are not qualified to monitor my dogs health. He has a chronic medical condition that requires regular oral medication and water. I have a vet statement stating he is stable and able to be boarded. That this was a a problem...is troubling as nothing about his situation has changed.***** rather arbitrary , and absurd.
