Love Cackle Hatchery! I have been ordering from them since 2016. I pick up my chick's at the ******* location and am always greeted with kindness! Last pickup I received 4 extra chick's and all are healthy and doing great. Highly recommend Cackle Hatchery!!Cackle Hatchery, LLC

Should not be selling Chinese geese labeled as African geese. Look at the pictures of their African Geese then look up a realy African goose. They do not understand even after I've explained to them that they are selling ***** Chinese Geese as Africans. Simple ****** search would show them the difference but nothing no refunds for what the sold me just an email saying sorry can't help.Cackle Hatchery, LLC

I ordered from Cackle Hatchery because of the prices. I ordered 15 Bantam chicks and four died within two days of me receiving them. I emailed them and all they did was play the blame game on things I know I did right. They wanted me to give newborn chicks way more ACV than required which would have put the newborns in more danger. I will not be ordering from them anymore. They were not willing to listen to anything me or my husband had to say. This was the first time ordering from them but not our first time with newborn chicks. We are very displeased with the way they handled the issue we were trying to get advise. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.Cackle Hatchery, LLC

I tried to look into your order but do not see an order under this name or email address. The recommended dose we offer is for treatment purposes and we've been recommending this for decades, and it works for our customers and birds in trouble. I'm sorry that you disagree with the combined decades of knowledge our staff has but they are our recommendations, ultimately you are the one to choose how to raise your chicks. We tried to offer care tips and tricks as we only have a live arrival guarantee, we do not cover losses after this. This was agreed to when the order was placed.Review fromChris A

Ordered 18 old English game chicks paid for Maraks vaccine I received 27 total writhing 3 days half have died writhing 6 days all but 3 are dead over 200$ wasted and there response is sorry nothing we can do this is not a company that does good business if you find yourself contemplating spending money with them take your money and business elsewhere sorry excuse for a hatcheryCackle Hatchery, LLC

I'm very sorry that you had this experience however, when you placed your order you agreed to the live arrival only guarantee. On first contact with our staff you informed the birds were doing good and appeared to be fine. I absolutly loved going through this hatchery! They were very timely and quick. I received all of my birds alive, healthy, very quickly, and in a good quality protective box. Some minimum requirements were tricky. Some birds had the minimum requirements listed and others you had to guess until you saw them uploaded into your cart. 20% died the first night. No refund or replacement. **************** basically said I'm SOL and should have taken better care of them. Other reviews on their website show people getting refunds, but guess I'm just not one of the lucky ones. Won't order here again.Cackle Hatchery, LLC

I'm sorry you had this experience but as the representative explained to you, we have a live arrival only guarantee and those losses have to be reported within 24 hours. You had reported that you had no losses until the next day and waiting 2 more days before contacting us. Our representatives cannot bypass policy in these instances.Review fromHope C

I'm sorry you had this experience. Shipping baby chicks do come with some risks. I see our representative put you in for a refund on your losses.
