    This company/owner also sells contracting services. We hired him for an home rehab project. Everything was great until it wasnt. ********************* (owner) and his wife, ********* show up at first and put on a good show. His good old boy persona seems legit and then you realize hes a bullsh@tter. He doesnt do any of the work (which is fine), but he also doesnt appropriately manage or check the work he contracts out. It would take an hour to write all of the issues and add appropriate context, so suffice it to say work wasnt completed, work was faulty, work wasnt up to code, and work didnt meet basic expectations. Bottom line, **** simply stopped working and always had an excuse as to why - mostly that he was busy with his job (inspections) + vacation and conferences. Those excuses came after days and weeks of not getting any responses. Oh, and forgive me, but I thought being a contractor was his job seeing as he sold himself as one. Anyway, after well over a month of trying, we finally got names and numbers of his contractors and for the most part, they dont have any interest in working for him or being associated with him. A few months ago I thought we found a great resource and a great couple at the lake. I was wrong. And did I mention that this was a project for my 79 year old mother in law whose friend recommended ****? Still not sure, take a look at his ****** reviews and check court records for lawsuits.
