    My reservation with Super Shuttle Express/Ecar Transportation Florida was cancelled by its representative because my evening flight back to DFW was delayed a few hours. It's highly distressing to have to deal with a delayed flight and then to have to find transportation home late in the evening. Super Shuttle Express/Ecar Transportation Florida aspires to be a transportation service. No matter the time, the driver needs to be available for the customer. If the driver/company is unwilling to provide this level of service, then Super Shuttle Express/Ecar Transportation Florida should not be in business. Needless to say, I will no longer book another ride with Super Shuttle Express/Ecar Transportation Florida. I will find another company that can provide the level of service that I expect.

    Zero Stars- Made a reservation a week in advance for an early morning pickup to the airport. They called an hour before departure to say they had no driver available.

    SuperShuttle Express is part of WHC Worldwide, LLC, based in Kansas City MO. My issue with them is a failure to pickup on time. I recently booked a pickup and ride to MSP and pickup at MSP airport and a ride home. I responded to the text message when in the airport building on my way the pickup area. After 30 minutes I texted again and called the two numbers I had. Their line was constantly busy and the text message I received back was vague with no time provided for a pickup. After an hour long wait I took a regular for-hire taxi. I texted again to say the ride should be cancelled and to refund this leg of the trip. I have had contact with the company following my poor review of their service. However, no refund has been received.

    Booked execucar through super shuttle. I booked the meet & greet at the kansas city, mo airport, driver was no where to be found once my plane landed. He was supposed to be waiting at baggage claim. He text me that he would pick me up outside in 20 minutes. So the package I paid for is not the one I received. $100 for a glorified uber. The driver showed up 20 minutes late in dirty sweatpants and an oversized t shirt, when they advertise guys in suits and ties. Total ripoff and fraudulent company. He claims he was not allowed to come into the airport, LIES, there were 4 other drivers in suits picking up people INSIDE the baggage claim area. He just didn’t do his job at all. Company is fraudulent!

    So this company shut down in 2020. How was I able to book a trip in 2022?!!! ********, still trying to get people's money even though they no longer are operating. Luckily I used my Amex and got my money back. Sorry to all the people who were scammed by this company, I wish someone would make them shut down their website.

Requested A Refund of $125.51,Confirmation # *******, I Have ***************** And NO REFUND! I Have Left Voice Mails NO RETURNED CALLS!
