After transferring credits from public school and then having a representative walk me through my child's education plan she was found ineligible to graduate agter completing enrolled courses. 1 main credit was on her official transcript and never imported over and we were advised that she had enough credits in another subject already but not of the required history course to complete graduation. The representative did not advise ** of the necessary credit needed to graduate. Now, we have to Re enroll for an additional credit, pay for additional months of school for 1 single course to be eligible for graduation which we would have enrolled in this past year while already paying for and taking course.s This now means we've paid for and taken 2 additional courses that do nothing for her in regards to graduating. And the process will be much longer being that everything to the records **** has to be submitted in writing, no representative can help over phone. It's extremely hard to get anyone who can truly assist you. As a parent I reach out to admissions to guide me through the correctly needed requirements.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Under state law, students are required to take a course in United States history in order to qualify for graduation. In this case, it appears that you accidentally entered world history as a "US History" credit when setting up your student's education plan, which is why our staff reached out about having your student take a course in U.S. history. We sincerely apologize for the confusion! Despite this setback, it appears that your student completed the remaining credit and was still able to graduate on a highly accelerated time-frame. Thank you for your input and ideas on how we can improve this process. We wish you and your student all the best!

I also used this company for an entire year and when I requested transcripts, they were BLANK. You can not speak with anyone to help you. I paid ****** for a year of service and my daughter had to start the same grade OVER in public school because they would not send me any transcripts. I'd love to have my ***** dollars back since they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help my child.

We appreciate your feedback! Unfortunately, no courses were recorded as completed on the transcript because the student was withdrawn before finishing any classes. Credit for a course can only be awarded upon completion of all lessons and exams. Your student is welcome to re-enroll to finish the outstanding assignments so that credit can be awarded. From reviewing the account history, it appears that our staff reached out on 5/3/2023 and provided a copy of the grades for the courses in-progress. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if we can be of any further assistance.

After dealing with **************** regarding my sons graduation, I would say they deserve zero stars! After completing 8 classes through the program their solution was to apply through the state for graduation instead of the school that I have been paying money to each month! I am appalled by their handling of this matter, the two representatives that assisted me and their condescending tones and constant stating of the same information without any real support or solution is extremely upsetting!

We are sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding. In this circumstance, the student was not yet eligible to graduate because the minimum study period of 12 months had not been completed. Our graduation requirements specify that students must be enrolled and actively engaged in meaningful study for a minimum of 12 months. Requiring a minimum study period is mandatory for us to maintain our accredited status and it allows our school to ensure that students who graduate have the academic foundation to succeed in future studies. To avoid confusion, we publish these requirements on our website and require parents to agree to them at the time of enrollment. From reviewing the account history, it appears that our leadership personally reached out. While we are unable to bend on this requirement, we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have. We wish you and your student all the best!

This is our 3rd year using Acellus Academy ********** Homeschool Version) year-round, giving our son the flexibility to work at his own pace. Our son has excelled beyond our expectations and has retained the material studied. I like that we are able to complete a ********************* Plan and given the flexibility to change the course work if needed.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My son has a problem in the graduation process. There was a glitch in the system. He was not able to import Algebra 1 from his pervious school. I emailed them with the problem ,****************** kept copying the requirements of the school with no clear answer. I asked for a number to call. She gave me a number that is always saying " All our representatives are busy please leave a message" I left a message, No one called me, I asked ******** to call me, She did not . My son has finished his courses .He wanted to apply for college, There is no graduation date in his transcript, No one to call or to talk to, Horrible customer service.

Our school used ****** Classroom, then transitioned to Acellus during the ******19 pandemic. There was an incredible difference! I was able to watch my shy little girl with c's, d's, and f's ******* into a's, and b's. (with a c or two thrown in so we're sure it's her.) She has done so well on Acellus that I chose not to send her back to "in-seat" learning when the world resumed. We are now on our second full year plus the half a year after ****** Classroom and I (we) couldn't be happier. We like the fact that she can work whenever and wherever and in whatever format she chooses. She can work from exam to exam in a class so that she focuses on that topic specifically, instead of trying to learn and retain information from five to six different classes in one day. She can do all seven subjects in a day, or any combination there of. She can work from doctors offices, hospital waiting rooms, her floor, and even her desk!! She can take off during the week and make it up on weekends, or the next week. I am in charge of determining how many lessons she needs to complete for the week and can set reminders so she knows what I expect to be done. I go over the syllabus with her so we can set the schedule together. We can s et it so that if it's an extra tough week of lessons in math, we can set easier lessons from other subjects to balance out and not over tax the gray matter. Love, love, loving this program for my family. It is literally "tailor made "for us.
