This company and their websites are not affiliated with or endorsed by the US Department of the Treasury, the IRS, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency.  Contact your local Social Security office, www.ssa.gov, or IRS office, www.irs.gov, to seek the services of the government agencies directly.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) will issue up to three replacement cards per year, up to ten per lifetime, for no charge.  SimpleFillings provide a fee-based service to assist people with the process of applying for a card.  Applying for a social security card requires preparing an application document, determining the appropriate evidence documents required for your application, and determining the SSA office for your location.  This can be done for free by contacting the SSA directly at www.ssa.gov or SimpleFilings can assist with the preparation of documents for a fee.  SimpleFilings cannot submit the documents directly to the SSA for you since SSA also requires additional personal evidence documents.  You must take the prepared application whether completed by yourself or by SimpleFilings and complete the filing directly with the Social Security Administration to request your social security card.
