    I have called KC Guys heating & cooling about my A/C for 4 months and I still don't have my A/C working. They have charged me all this money and still haven't repaired my A/C. Then I call the company and get no answer. Now they will not answer the phone at all. This is a really bad company. I am still without air in my home. This company is licensed with Choice Home Warranty, and both are really bad companies.

    I had the worst experience with this company. Not only did no-show three times, they tried to charge me double the warranty company said was my deductible. They then broke my thermostat and tried to make me pay 100 bucks for a 30 dollar thermostat. The owner also cursed out my husband. STAY FAR AWAY. The only reason I tried to work with them is because I was stuck with my warranty company.
