    This is a fraudulent and viscious company. In my most recent interactions, their phone agent misrepresented himself as being ******, they sent an email that a 3-year purchased ****** subscription ended at 6 months and requested an additional $290, and they sent an email from fraudulent email imitating a real ****** email full of phishing links. They also refused to help me unless I went through a screen control program. Prior to this, I believe they were part of a scheme about '******' on my older father confusing and convincing him to send several thousand (the ***** limit) through an elaborate process of trying to give a rebate, then them 'over paying', and then demanding money in return.
