If you want a good quality windshield/windshield repair, this isnt the place for you. I paid 75$ for a repair that they supposedly came out to fix. They never showed up! I called the store, and talked to the manager (***) in the **************/************ stores about the situation and he got very hostile and unprofessional, then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I tried calling back for a few more questions I still had, and instead of answering, he sent it to voicemail. The whole experience I had was horrible, and I wont be going back. Oh, did I mention they wont give me a refund on work they didnt complete? Pretty shady on all levels. If you must use MMG, I would travel far, far away.

This complaint is very inaccurate and slanderous to say the least. We had ********************** scheduled (and he pre-paid) for a chip repair originally on August 18nd, the technician went to the location and the vehicle wasnt there, we called him with no answer.I was finally able to reach ******************** about getting him rescheduled, he declined and said the vehicle was going into the shop and he didnt want to get the chip fixed now, in which I told him there was going to be a $35 trip charge since we made the trip on the scheduled day and was a no show (he didnt like this but it's business, he's the one who requested the job to be done that day). He then said can you just go fix it today, I said yes and sent a technician to repair it that same day (within that hour actually) this was on August 22nd.I didn't hear from him until yesterday the 24th calling asking for me and demanding a refund. I answered the call, I was professional and cordial with him the best that I could be. He didnt like me asking questions of why he was wanting a refund or explaining to him of why/how a chip is a structural fix and not always a visual fix. The more I explained, the more frustrated he got, cussing I might add. Finally, I surrendered and told him in these exact words I would like to preserve doing future business with you and I want you to be happy. I told him that I would give him a full refund of his $75 in which I issued yesterday, 8/24, immediately to avoid further hassle and hostile conversation with this customer. **************** is our business. ********************** is our specialty. We've been doing this for ************************************************************************************** service. This is an unfortunate example of such a situation.

Slanderous? Seriously? You all never came out to do it, and if you did, the quality of work isnt there to show it. The chip/crack is still there. We all understand the damage will still be visible, however your not supposed to be able to feel the crack in the windshield still. I didnt demand anything. I asked multiple times nicely and even got told from two different people I would receive my full refund which you, (***) decided to go against that. I also still have no refund. Considering you hung the phone up on me, I have no clue you did anything you said you would do. If your customer service is what we do and ******************** is your specialty, youd think your attitude would be a little more friendly and the company wouldnt have a **** star rating and multiple reviews stating the same issues.

Yes sir. ********** by means of false claims and fabricated story. A refund of $75 was issued to your credit card yesterday. Credit card refunds are not instant and could take 2-3 days to settle depending on your card provider. If you want to provide your email we are happy to send you a receipt of your credit card transactions to show you that your money has been refunded. We feel our 'attitude' has been more than friendly, given the cussing our customer service representative took from you over the phone, and accommodating by refunding your money even though we made two trips to your location because the first time you were a no show at our expense. Thank you and have a nice day sir.

There arent any false claims here. *******, as you said, is false claims, and a fabricated story which isnt the case here. Im honestly astonished that a manager would degrade a customer as much as you have here. At the end of the day, my windshield hasnt been repaired, and if it was, it was a very crappy attempt with zero communication. Thank you and have a nice day ***.
