17 windows, replace 80yr old windows. Excellent installation crew, It was a pleasure to watch them work, They were always polite and respectful, They answered any question I had, even as I pointed out things they hadnt gotten to yet, lol, I inspected every window, all were properly sealed and neat, all work smoothly. When I was approached to have them installed on the 4th July, I was concerned they were being forced to work a holiday, But these men chose to work instead of the day off. It was HOT, with a lot of South facing windows, They soldiered through, not missing a beat.I am Impressed by these men, I wish everyone would do as good a job for me as they did!Fast too, 5-6 hours they were installed, cleaned the areas, inside and out, exceptionally well!I like my windows very much, road and outside noises are greatly reduced ??I never give 5 stars, but 4 just wasnt enough.Window World of Kansas City, Inc.

Well done, overall. The process of ordering, measuring and scheduling went very smoothly. From day one, we felt comfortable working with Window World. **** was up front and didnt sugarcoat any details. He explained what to expect moving forward. As well he related what was needed, and more importantly what was not needed. Given weeks to wait, but learned much sooner that our windows were ready to be installed. A scheduling cancellation made it possible to install almost immediately upon being contacted. Install day was a blur. ****** crew of six arrived almost to the minute of when promised. A quick look around and a couple of questions answered later, the work began. What an efficient process. The 15 windows installed were completed in just over two hours. The crew cleaned up quite well. I only found literally a handful of small pieces of debris left around the exterior of our home. (I wish they would have wiped finger and hand prints from the new glass, though) Once they packed their tools and supplies they were gone within 2 1/2 hours of arriving. During the two days that followed, we have tried to inspect what was done. Mostly we have been admiring them. Overall the windows were installed very neatly. I was impressed with the trim wrap used to seal the windows from the outside. I know as I look closer I will find minor aspects needing attention. But, for now, we are pleased.Review fromNancy S

We are so happy with our new windows! The ******** crew did an amazing job with the installation. They were quick, but thorough and very professional. We couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did! We also highly recommend *************************** if you are considering purchasing new windows. As of completed installation, 100% happy. From the initial phone call to inquire about pricing to Installation day, no complaints. Window World was 1 of 2 companies that would give an idea if their windows were caviar or sardine prices. Most companies refused an estimated quote, one company hung up on me. The entire process was fairly quick. Installation day took right at about 3 hours for 10 windows. The person who took the initial call was great, she could give those other companies a tip or two. Can't wait to try the new windows this Fall whenever it's open window season. We haven't been able to open some of the windows and some windows needed to be propped open. New windows, new look, hopefully cheaper utility bills, and a bill that won't break the bank too bad and a lifetime warranty. An enormous bargain compared to the 1st company that I got pricing from. Interest free financing available for those who need it. Thank you Window World. windows were only put on less than a week ago so, hopefully as time goes by I still agree with my review. Hope I am not disappointed.Window World of Kansas City, Inc.

100% would recommend Window World. From ***** no pressure initial estimate (we specifically requested a quote for the total cost of the windows without the whole spiel of why their windows were the best because honestly, we had heard them all at that point). **** was fast and efficient which I really appreciated and the overall cost was very competitive with other quotes we received. We were quoted **** weeks and the windows arrived in about a month. We were able to get on the books the very same week and when I say they were quick, Im not lying. They replaced 17 windows in under 8 hours. I felt so comfortable leaving my house while they worked (my 1.5 year old wasnt a huge fan of the loud noise). It started out with 3 guys but I think there were a total of 5 and they did such a good job. The new windows look amazing and the neighbors even commented on how fast they worked. They kept the areas around and in the house pretty clean minus a few empty caulk cans we found but overall extremely satisfied. Will definitely use them again in the future.Window World of Kansas City, Inc.

Window world did a terrific job replacing our windows. They had a cancellation do they were able to move our install date up. I had to work from home while they were working. They were friendly and considerate of my job. I love the new windows and I cant hear anything outside. I think even my garage door is quieter since the windows were replaced. I only gave 4 stars because they tore up my wall in one room. I would definitely recommend them.Review fromAmber P

This is my second experience using Window World. The windows look great but, I'm docking a star because both install appointments I've had, the installers arrived later than the max ***** In the most recent experience, I was supposed to have a 2 man crew arrive between 10am & 1pm. The lone installer arrived at 1:45pm & his partner never showed. The poor installer (I think his name was *****) got 5 windows installed by himself & did a fantastic job but, it took far longer than it should have if the other man had actually shown up. I have 2 final windows to replace in the near future & will use Window World again but, will insist on being the first appointment of the day so my install is (hopefully) completed on ***** The company is overall very good to work with & I do recommend them for replacement windows.
