    Did not tell us our statute of limitations was up on our case up front. Took our case anyway. Forced us to do approximately 4 years of discovery and mediation preparation only to walk into mediation and be told the statute of limitations was up and that we would have to agree to what the defense told us or be sued by the defense and have to pay all of their court costs. A lot of hot air and never followed through with anything. Communicated with the defense for 2 months without letting us know what was going on forcing us to have to follow what they agreed to even though we were not a part of the negotiation and had given them questions about what they could agree to at the beginning of the negotiation. We also believe they broke the confidentiality agreement between lawyer and client by going outside of the emails we had agreed to allow the defense to know about. Always telling us that they didn't have time for our case. If they didn't have time for our case, why did they take the case. Finally, up front we talked to them about 2 things that they had to accomplish in the case which they said they could but did not complete either one of them. Also, Madrigal yelled at his client over the phone and then made up the excuse that he had to yell at her to get her to do what he wanted. What a crappy excuse. Not impressed at all with either of the lawyers who didn't even have a good understanding of the trust and llc laws that they supposedly were trying for us. I would NEVER trust these lawyers with ANY case ever again. We went with a different lawyer and in the first 1 1/2 hours we knew more information than we had been told the entire 4 years with this law firm.
