    Hi there.... even though this company is not accredited with the BBB. I would love to report them as a Theiving Company that does not replace an item if its lost in the mail or give a refund on that same item if it doesn't ever get to the person who ordered it! My High School alumni group did a fundraiser with this company for us to order items with our School name on them and I only received one item out of the two I ordered. I reached out to them to either mail me another one to an updated address to make sure I got it the next time or give me my refund. They suppose to have done a review of the situation and sent me back an email saying they do not feel responsible for what happened and would not replace the item or give me my refund! At this point they are criminals by law for stealing my money! Even though the item was only 35.00, all the money they have stole from I'm sure more people than myself adds up. I reported the company to the School and strongly suggested not ever using them again because I myself will not Ever order from them again especially since they still owe me 35.00... I shared their B.s. email with everyone on Facebook and other social media outlets to show that the company is Trash! Please share this info with the world as everyone needs to know that they are doing criminal things and not being honorable with their products! Thanks so much! Yours Truly, Timothy C*****
