Joe is not a good person. From the first time I called, he wasn't professional. He answered the phone with an attitude. When I responded back with an attitude and explained that I'm interested in a $4k dollar bike, he changed his tone. Obviously he doesn't know how to run a business.

He asked me to prepay for the bike and asked me to pay cash so he can pocket the money for the bike. I told him that I didn't like the idea and in the end I decided to use my credit card. Luckily I did because now he's refusing to give me my money back for returning the bike after one week. Besides poor attitude and bad customer service, he assembled the bike wrong and I hurt myself badly while riding the bike. I gave him the opportunity to fix his mistake but gave excuses for how long it will take to fix the bike. I'm not going to stare at a brand new $4k bike for weeks waiting for parts. Especially for his mistakes in assembley. He yelled at me for insisting that I'm going to return the bike. He started the credit for the purchase and then canceled the credit. Now I have my credit card company going after him. I'll be filling with the BBB next. People like this should be in jail for fraud and tax evasion.
