    I rarely write reviews but I need to compliment an outstanding employee. Buying a used car is very confusing and ******** ****** not only helped me pick the right warranty, but guided me through the entire process. His knowledge of cars is incredible as is his customer service. I was referred to him by a friend and have already referred him to others.

    The company misrepresented their coverage, their customer service person ***** yelled at me the entire conversation when I went to cancel and made condescending remarks to me when all I asked was to cancel. I had to call back and talk to someone else to verify that he actually cancelled because he never followed up with a promised email.

    For 14 years we have carried a stellar rating of an A+ and always have had a near perfect 5-star rating. So, when I reviewed this file, it really troubles me that someone can put blatantly false information on a company's profile, and I will be following up with a call to the BBB regarding removal due to false information.I find this review ironic in the fact that the description of which the customer accuses my employee of behaving, is actually the other way around. I was present for this call which occurred not to long before close last night. I personally witnessed the conversation where my rep ***** who took the call was ****** nice to the customer. In fact, my rep went out of his way to help cancel the consumer's contract by phone when her warranty provider requires that it be done in writing and mailed in. He also did follow up with an email at her request as well.

    If you want a company that will scam you out of your money and tell you lies about how great their warranty is then they would be the perfect match. This company is a joke and find any way out of paying for a claim.

    After our investigation of this notification, it has been determined that this person does not have a warranty with our company nor could they since we are not an insurance obligor or administrator. This person, according to their own paperwork, has a vehicle service contract with a company called ******** **************. Here is their BBB website: ********************************************************************************************************************3 This review needs to be placed with this company. I will follow up with a phone call as well to make sure this matter has been resolved and placed with the proper company.

    I worked with an agent named ***** who helped me customize a plan to git my budget. He even took extra time to help establish a relationship with my dealership so I could take my car there. So far everything is working out great.
